How would you change the conditions imposed by the post-ww1 peace treaties, if you could have influenced the outcome?

I would have imposed a less harsh peace treaty on Turkey with no European spheres of influence and no land in Asia Minor for Greece, since that led to disaster for Greece. I would organize referendums in South Tyrol, Austrian Silesia and Hlucin region of Prussian Silesia. I would also have organized a plebiscite in Upper Silesia from the start, before the uprisings. I would also have allowed Hungary to keep Hungarian majority regions in what is now southern Slovakia.

Greece should have gotten Eastern Thrace at the bare minimum, with Constantinople as a Free city analogous to Danzig IOTL.

I would have given Constantinople to the European great powers to administer as a protectorate or mandate state, like the former Arab provinces of the Ottoman Empire.
