In our whole life time our hair changes every 8 years from structure to 'fresh it up' as I say, so It's completely normal. This doesn't mean that our hair every 8 years really changes dramatically or there will be big difference. Sometimes it stays the same, but it could change.

Probably Afro-European, because Mongols (most Asians included), besides having straight hair have straight pubes.
