I'm curious how did you make that conclusion. These photos are mainly from vkontakte.com and there is no info where the photo was taken or anything else. I googled that too and russian is my native language.

I'd say Hitler was a bit more favorable to Czechs compared to the others because of a greater likelihood of assimilating Czechs into Germanic-ness. IMO, Czechs are a bit closer to Germanics than they are to East Slavs. Slovaks too. They are "Eastern" but not as much as Russkies and Balkanites.
