The ελευθεριa thingy is a hoax which was debunked and admited by the pranksters who created this rod/metal bar ( one of which was greek filmmaker Spyros Melaris and used these characters to confuse the public).

No, they're demons (both modern and ancient aliens and probably majority of pagan gods). There's a reason why 'extraterrestrial' sightings have the same symptoms of demonic visitations. Extreme/Intense fear and sexual perversion (stuff going into your anus). Also the bible says in the end times the kings of the world will congregate with demonic spirits that look like 'frogs' ('Greys' look amphibious) on how to wage war against God and his people.
