Lots of people here, so not going to classify each individual. I'll focus on general trends.

First, to me, they pass best in France, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria as a group. Their overall phenotypes trend more those typical in Central Europe, towards slightly southern Europe. In terms of phenotypes, I'd say most common blends are Atlanto-Med with minor Alpine maybe, Atlanto-Med with Dinarid, and Alpine-Dinarid (towards Dinarid). I'm wondering if a couple are either not Ashkenazi or are mixed (Kelly, Burcham, and Orlan in particular). Some also have some degree of Taurid influence (hard for me to say to what degree either Armenoid or Dinarid).

Yes, only a couple eg Bleich, R.C. Orlan look specifically "Jewish."

Many are mixed eg Kelly etc reflecting the fact 75% of non-Orthodox Jews now marry a non-Jewish spouse in America (with the majority of their children maintaining some Jewish identity).

About half have blue eyes (about average, or a little above the average, for Ashkenazi Jews in my experience) & don't look specifically "ethnic" although I agree with you that they tend towards looking Central European. I'd say that many still retain some "exotic" features compared to your average non-Jewish Central European (convex nose shape etc) but most are white by even the strictest taxonomic measure although Scott Burcham looks mixed-race.
