the universe is cyclical
just as matter recycles itself in nature through decay, from which new life springs forth, in metaphysical sense our souls(biophotonic energy) recycle after death and reincarnate into other bodies. the universe is electrical, so energy cannot die. the only thing which is temporary and perishes is your ego( the sum of your genes, life experiences and memories), the soul is eternal, just like electricity is not limited to function only in one special electrical device, our souls(biophotonic energy) is reused by the universe in different lifeforms for experience. what we call life is just a masked ball, a carneval(from carne flesh = body suit)
our ego is just the role we take in the game. every game requires to have rules, the rules in life are causality and physical laws.
the more you identify with your ego, the more you will suffer. it is the same like identyfying with an actor while watching a movie(your pain/pleasure intensity depends on your level of attachment to the character/ego). this is why buddhists practice detachment. they know life goes on in cycles and race, gender, species etc. are just temporary experiences.. for those souls who do not want to reincarnate because they know life = duality = pain/pleasure cycle, it is hard to acdept the fact that we constantly inhabit another body. of course after death one must lose memory of past life otherwise one could not play the game and choose a new character again, it would become boring. even modern atheist, left brained science akcnowledges the cyclical nature of the universe. as ancient thinkers said, as above so below. we come out of the black hole womb of our mothers, afterdeath we return back(micro) and after another big bang we recreate ourselves through another mother... into eternity, just like the universe does on a grand scale(macro) =as above(macro), so below(micro)
on a microcosmical sense we have the illusion of separation, on macrocosmic level we are all one. but for a game of duality we need to forget our true nature(oneness) otherwise the game would bore us.. you cannot define pleaseure without experiencing pain, cannot define light without darkness, coldness without warmth, joy without suffering.. this is the game of duality, opposites define each other.. this is the answer of the old question why do good people suffer and why do we die.. no life without death, no good without evil, no joy without suffering. we would not appreciate it without its opposite
your ego/body is just a hardware, the personality is the software and your soul is the energy which powers it.
