This person is from Tipperary and they kind of sound Jamaican-like also.

I think in general southern Ireland sounds like this.

Then this guy's imitation of a Jamaican accent ended up sounding Irish: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZYeHcWhTbG4

(He says his father was Jamaican, but then why is he white?)

It is not suprising that some Irish may sound like Jamaicans.
Ive heard as well that there is a sizable about of Irish loanwords into African American English as well as grammatical features, due to extended contact between African Slaves and Irish laborers

I can't view that youtube video of the person from Tipperary for some reason. My mother is from Tipperary and the Jamaican accent is not the first thing that comes to my mind when I hear the Tipperary accent. It is more similar to the Wexford accent. The most similar accents I've heard of Irish people is the Newfoundland or Nova Scotia accents.

This is the Tipp accent. Can't really see the connection to the Jamaican accent in all honesty.

Jamaican shares more with Kerry accent or Cork.
