Its a right the US government should prioritize instead of spilling insane amounts of $$$$$ into the military and its disastrous adventures across the globe.

That both the poor as well as rich get right to health care are helping to stabilize society. Denying people medical attention because of that they have not been able to afford insanely expensive insurances is inhumane. USA can afford it, however there are forces not wanting it to happen. The very same people that fight to keep the minimum wage over there down while brainwashing its citizens into believing they live in the greatest country on earth.

That and how they treat their veterans is absolutely shameful.

1.) Depending are we talking about civilized or uncivilied country?
2.) Depending do the leaders/nation care about country's inhabitants or not?

In any cases...it should be handled as cost efficiency as possible. And that is often the main/biggest problem/challenge....as it is not like that (in reality).

In the USA it is not free and not a right. We are having that debate now.

The USA is a country of 300 million which is very different from a small country like Sweden or Finland.

You can't ask them this question.. What works for them will not work for Americans.
