honestly? Anyone who can remove Assad. I see in Assad the same characteristics I saw in Siad Barre.
In the end, it is best for Alawites that they themselves kill Assad. (He knows this, which is why he has Iranian revolutionary guard as personal security, not Syrian Army)

there is no proof assad used chemical weapons, it can be western propaganda, cause american intelligence agencies started the conflict anyway.. same as they have done in egypt, lybia, ukraine etc.
usa wants assad removed so do not believe their meidal propaganda! they do the same all the time, they always demonize old government and leaders to implant their new pro western government!!!
those weapons could have been fired by isis/rebels or another group
israel uses phosphorus, americans used agent orange and napalm etc.

Assad because he keeps the middle east more stable and secular. He's also fighting ISIS and is staunchly anti-terrorist even if he is not a "good guy", he is much better than the opposition.

I have a hard time picking a side. I mainly have sides I want to see lose. ISIL obviously at top of all factions, but also 'moderates' like the Al-Nusra Front with its takfeeri.
I guess Kurds are the least bad, despite backward elements hidden under a veneer of propaganda to cater to us Westerners.
