I scored 5% on FTDNA Finland & Northen Siberia, more than British Isles actually which is curious.

No clue, but I'm 1/4 "Nordic" so it probably comes from that side. FTDNA Finland & Northen Siberia cluster has its roots in Saami, Uralic, Russian, Swedish, etc. I got really weird results on FTDNA anyway, they don't seem very coherent with others I have done.

So far none that I know of (talking about Finland & northern Siberia component in ftdna), that's why I'm curious to know more about this component as seems to be by far the most northeastern component, some Slavs could possibly have it, certainly Hungarians should score but Albanians no, at least not that I know of.

Also my wife and I spoke with a Kosovar Albanian guy when he found out my wife was Armenian , he was talking about this idea of a distant connection between Armo's and Albanians. There is the theory that Armo's very distantly have some relation to Greeks also at least some distant linguistic connection.But the general theory I mentioned suggests they are a mix of very old Balkan/South Euro stock and old Anatollian stock like the Urartians and Hurrians.

We have a linguistic connection with armos through very old branches of indo-European language but wouldn't say that armenians were at one point pelasgian or had any connection with that population, armenians most probably originate from exact area where they are now and wouldn't say they've evolved in Balkans and latter on migrated in anatolia.
