I can see why he gets so few votes in Malta.

I know what you are getting at. I have read his book 'Imperivm Evropa', and as a writer he is not that great (although it's not his first language). It's the idea the matters.

I think you may be confusing this with his ideas relating to Argentina. If not then apologies.

I'm unsure to be honest. I haven't read the book. I just know that apparently Constantin von Hoffmeister wrote the intro to it, I read that, and I recall him mentioning Chile. Does he mention Chile in the book?

Humm, I don't have the book with me as I gave it to a friend who is in another country. I will ask him to see if he can find this 'Chile'.
