I don't understand fat people. I was a 135 pound skinny nerd for most of my life. I started lifting weights and eating a bodybuilder's diet. I gained 20 pounds in six months. Eating so much food to gain weight took every ounce of my energy. I was burping a lot from all the protein and dairy and it took a lot of extra energy eating so much and cleaning the blender (for protein shakes) afterwards. I am now 155 pounds and I am amazed at how skinny I was in the past.
I don't understand how fat people can eat so much. Put down the fork and exercise once and a while. That's really all there is to it.
To me, eating is something that I have to do to survive. It's annoying. It's just something that gets in the way of studying subjects that interest me.
