Women go less for looks though, women will generally not be turned on by a man that much just because he is good looking, otherwise one would seldom see unattractive or short men with very attractive girls(which i see not infrequently)

Women have their own tastes in men, and it sometimes might seem bizarre to us. I was called handsome back in the day, but I was no model or movie star. Some pretty women threw themselves at me, and some ugly women wouldn't give me the time of day if I bought the watch, and the reverse was true too. It all came down to who had a taste for my flavor.

When you over intellectualize everything you can miss obvious things that are simple and right in front of your nose but you ignore because it doesn't fit your world view and what you were taught as you were growing up.
