Your explanation is quite probable. Whilst informative and always a good read, the Daily Mail is quite firmly controlled by the establishment. They will support you getting angry and venting your frustrations, but will never support any real revolt against this. Basically, they've discovered the secret of letting people voice their frustrations, and therefore would be less likely to go over into action in toppling the Tory-Labour-Libdem leadership. In short, they're tricking you by making you think your voices are being heard. They're not.

Jugging is the delightful practice of filling a container with boiling water, adding sugar, and then throwing the contents in a nonce's face. The sugar, I understand, causes the resulting burns to be more severe. Which is why child rapists serve their sentences in segregation.

With good behaviour these criminals will serve only two-thirds of their sentence. If they have been on remand before and during their trial, that time will be subtracted from the length of sentence. So, those with shorter sentences may well be parolled within a few months.

I would endorse a shorter sentence for most criminals of this nature: half an hour for processing, then taken to the exercise yard, made to pray, and shot. I especially endorse such a policy toward this particular breed, the immigrant criminal. Immigrant crime in the US used to be shoplifting and bootlegging; they seem like such innocent things alongside the brutal and inhuman acts committed by immigrants from the contemporary Coloured World.

Hmm now that I think of it: having them taken out to a courtyard or the moors, made to pray and then shot would work as well. As long as they are either cremated (it would make them lose eternal life in the Islamic religion) or put in pig skin and buried with their arse on a prison cemetery (so their families can't have them exhumed) to Mecca as a deterrent.

A copper did an assembly in my secondary school once. That is exactly what he said about the sugar and water. Told us about all the makeshift prison weapons and how they are made. I think it was meant to scare us, but all I could think about right then was making them myself.
