ISIS is a weak group who is just a tool for the super powers.
It took Turkish backed rebels a short time to take Jerablus and Al Bab back from ISIS without the western air support. But, Iraq Army and peshmerga with endless western support including air and US special forces seem not as much succesful as tiny group of rebels.
