Almost entire Middle east would have been Iranian kingdom. Even with Turkey in the picture, Iranian dominance over Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen is strong.

Ottomans even at height of their power when they were conquering and colonizing Europe, failed to take or hold any Iranian territory.
