In a real and fair society, all races must be treated equally regardless of race, gender, creed and so on. Egalitarianism treats the majority of the people lower than the minority groups in contrast to nationalistic countries that treats the majority above the minority groups(fascism). A country shouldn't adhere to either side, and should treat all peoples fairly and justly.

Regarding the OP article talking about "Soviet Sweden" is actually quite funny and ahistorical, given how little immigration the USSR had, apart from a select few students from "Socialist brother" countries in the developing world.
