Ukrainians granted visa-free travel in the EU

The European Parliament on Thursday gave final approval to ease travel restrictions, allowing Ukrainians with e-passports the right to visit most EU states for up to 90 days, for tourism or business reasons.

I wonder if the same thing will happen to Ukraine as the other eastern nations. Basically all the young recently graduated are leaving for western euro countries. A few of the eastern countries have a negative pop growth because of it.
