If the weapon has more than one bullet it would no longer be Russian roulette.
In addition, people are very varied colors, you can not simply put all people in "white or black" categories and have a reliable certainty about the risk of their employment. There are a lot of people within the grayscale in the middle of black and white.

I believe in racial equality before the law and that is very fair to black people. However, equality does not exist in nature and while black people are clearly superior in some aspects (they are surely better at basketball) they are almost certainly dumber than whites and asians and more criminal or to put it another way : the amount of blacks who have what it takes to be rocket scientists is about the same amount of Vietnamese who qualify to play basketball in the NBA.

Racism is like sex was in the Victorian era. Modern people almost certainly have a wrong and delusional view on it.

I didn't even think of Roman empire. Roman empire included France and most of British Isles. My map is based data on pigmentation studies. The brown areas are where most people start looking Southern European instead of Central European (at least pigmentation wise).
