Actually not, can have my smartphone turned off for weeks. And in fact I need to disconnect from the world at times, almost like a necessity.
Internet a bit more, but not even that much tbh. Completely free from the shackles of any social network at the moment. Well there's always TA, but perhaps with its days numbered...

Do you ever hit "refresh" all the time impatiently waiting for a thumbs-up or for someone to quote your post? If so than I think that indicates some type of addiction/dopamine problem.

I'm an internet addict. I freaked out when my keyboard broke and raced to the store immediately to get another. I would estimate I've spent about 4 hours on the computer so far today and will likely browse on and off until about 2am. It's worth noting some of this is school work.

I do not have a smartphone however. When I am out of the house, I usually pay attention to what's going on.

The internet can be beneficial and educational, depending on how you use it. Although the countless hours spent on it each day makes me wonder how life would be without it, perhaps easier? I thought of disconnecting it completely but family members are against it.

Not really. I actually tend to keep a certain distance from people around here, and be somewhat low profile.
Apart from that just the usual, checking some posts here and there but nothing that overwhelming that I can't be without it.
