    What? The gym is a great place to meet other fitness-minded people. Hopefully there arent any creeps, I've dealt with a couple in the past, but it's worth it to at least try a gym, imo.

    i would not really agree, she has some extra fat, on belly and on legs, and looking at her body now i would recommend her some cardio and food care.
    With video i proposed - https://youtu.be/zBrAbpOt-WY she would lose all fat pretty fast and gain semi nice musculature but i would not advice for her not doing cardio and going for musculature workout, that would look even worse.

    actually going to the gym would be a good way to socialize and fight your addictions.
    There are really nice people sometimes, try to find good centers with nice atmosphere, Im pretty sure it could help you
    People are sociable in general, you just need to find the right place

    This. Diet is the key tbh, she doesnt need to lose that much, and if she doesnt eat properly, she could find she is gaining musculature, but not burning much fat.

    You should do jujitsu. Gyms are for fags. I never understood somlanyone would go to a gym to work out instead of learning how to put their fist through someone's head or kick them into oblivion except that costs much more money. You get plenty of exercise from it.
