Both surnames Chiocci and Maestri are from Italy but have been widespread for generations around Nice, the men are possibly of mixed origins, not necessarily all-Italian.
Chiocci: Dinarid with a touch of brachycephalous Sudnordid.
Maestri: Ibero-Mediterranean (almost Baskid profile), his flat cheekbones make him look stereotypically Spanish. A sort of Italo-Spanish mix that would fit perfectly in Argentina!
