Distribution of haplogroups in selected regions
Southern Bohemia and Vysočina regions have higher frequency of R1b haplogroup.
Almost 3/4 results of Eastern Bohemia is represented by R1a and R1b halogroups.
At Zlín region (Eastern Moravia) dominates R1a a I2.
Olomouc region (Central Moravia) has much lower I2 results than another regions, but one has the highest frequency of G2 haplogroup.

It depends which study you use. In Myres et al. 2010 it was mostly P312:
http://www.nature.com/ejhg/journal/v...g2010146a.html
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3039512/
This data is from Myres 2010 for Czech Republic (sample size = 87):
L23(xM412) -------------- 0,057 (= 5,7%)
U106(xU198) ----------- 0,057 (= 5,7%)
S116*(xM529xU152) ---- 0,057 (= 5,7%)
U152 ---------------------- 0,034 (= 3,4%)
M529(xM222) ------------ 0,011 (= 1,1%)
R1b-M269 all ------------- 0,218 (= 21,8%)
Note that there is 5,7% of Non-M412 (Haplotype 35 / Eastern R1b):
