Doesnt mean anything. He says that you dont know if there is a heaven. In short, its a matter of belief. And when he says that he happens to know that there is a heaven because... he just contradicted himself. But anyway, he says that there is a heaven because there is a will to create things. Which means that heaven is maybe a human made place far far in the future. A place where people who have lived their life in a way that would make them fit into a space where all their wishes come true without wishing to fuck up anyone else.

Hes basicaly saying that there is no god. And that heaven is the end result of our civilisations evolution.
