What is the difference between East Mediterranid and Gracile/West Mediterranid?

So what is the difference between East and Gracile Mediterranid? I know I'm Nordid+some Med type but just not sure which one.

These are just sub classification where people have too much time on their hands to come up with nonsense.

This is the classical classification of skull shapes found in Greece from Neolithic to Byzantine

As you can see East Mediterranean is non existent.

"East Med" is a spectrum, pretty much the looks found from southern Italy through the Aegean islands and into the Levant.

Gracile Med is a specific phenotype, the European equivalent of Arabid. Its peak is in Sardinia.

East Meds appear a bit more orientalid ("Middle Eastern") in comparison, whereas gracile Meds happen to look rather European.

Furthermore, East Meds are more robust.

But according to which source?

East Med is a micro group comprising Orietalids and Indids etc. It means basically all those Med types that aren’t European.

Just an anecdotal perspective. I associate "east med" with Med-looking peoples of the Levant and Mesopotamia who have Syrid, Armenoid, Alpine and/or Arabid influence. I know there is no legit source on this, but it seems to be the standard in here as well when it comes to classifying Middle Easterners who look Mediterranean.

But you're right. East Med, according to the definition, does regard anyone to the east of the Mediterranean sea, including Indids. I personally don't agree with this overly broad definition and see it as far-fetched. By that logic, they can might as well include Sibirid and Uralid under "East Baltid", why? Because they're found to the east of the Baltic sea. I know Indids are Caucasoids like Mediterraneans, but I just don't find it appropriate to include them with Mediterranean peoples. Another analogy - Should Nordids be called "North Mediterraneans"? It just doesn't seem right. I'm no expert of course, but that's just my opinion.
