it depends on regions , cultures, ground realities sometime dictatorship is better because it's human nature to self destruct and their always need for some authoritarian figure to control them like country like myself need a authoritarian technocracy government for example we need to copy china but i think it's not good solutions for some countries where ground realities can favor a more democratic or semi democratic solutions

OK what about a dictatorship where lots of immigrants live like Saudi Arabia, versus a democracy with very few immigrants like Japan?
