Will the Roma ever be a integrated minority and how long will it take?

The integrated gypsies are not gypsies anymore, all the gypsies that remain today are the product of their inhability to integrate, so they are unintegratable.

Jews have a similar behavour in this sense.

On European level it needs to be understood that nomadic life keeps gypsies in perpetual poverty. Gypsy poverty has little to do with discrimination and the low social status they had in the past, but it has much to do with the lifestyle they choose. Gypsies who left the nomadic communities are clearly on a path to integration. Leftist narratives about social discrimination and the need to preserve the "Roma culture" (wtf is that??) only delay integration and perpetuate poverty. Many influential gypsies are against integration, because integration lessens the grip they have on their community. The left and the gypsy leaders are the enemies of integration.

Could they? I am not sure, things don't seem to indicate that way; but I am sure of one thing, they must integrate or find a way to obtain a piece of land to reunite, because no one wants to host them in this situation.

I never called them Roma for this reason, I prefer the local term ghajer and it's not pejorative, but then again it's an allusion to Majer (Hungary) or Qajar, and most names for "Roma" are corrupted words of hypothetical geographic origins.
