Never heard of this. What I have read it here is the following: Iberians (mainly Basques) have, compared to Southern Italy/Sicily, more overlap with British Isles regarding phenotype. But that doesn't mean they are closer to Northern/Northwestern Euros than other Latins/Helenics.

I never said Meds are a majority in America. I said that Meds, without a tan and not looking exotic, can blend in among the white population of the United States. If America was a white country it wouldn't be flooded with Mexican immigrants.
Again: being majority Euro doesn't mean it's a "white country". A white country put the interests of it's Euro population in first place and make sure, trough immigration controls, to keep it's white majority. You can look at the American Southwest to notice that your country is not a "white nation" a long time ago.
