The eurogenes k13 is the default test for eurogenes because it seems to give the best results based on people's ancestry. It lists my top two populations as East German and south Polish, meaning populations between those two, Czech and Slovak, would be even closer. I would say this test gives me the best results from all gedmatch calculators. I think maybe the portrayal of this PCA plot could be changed though to look more accurate. It seems to make me look closer to western euro populations than my results actually say.

I don't understand PCA plots exactly, why do I look so distant from populations that are listed as closest to me. The east German makes sense but my second closest population is south Polish but it seems really far from me

But those averages in PCA are original, not altered by me.

Yes but isn't the PCA supposed to be a graphic representation of someone's genetic distances? I mean in this test my second closest population is south Polish but I look closer to western European populations. I don't doubt u didn't change the distances but maybe somehow the representation of the graph could be altered to better represent the distances, or maybe PCA plots just seem to be pointless for me.
