Should rugby replace football (soccer) as the world's principal team sport?

I don't know. I enjoy rugby and start to slowly hate football.
But a big part of rugby quality are physical. We can see in the last two decades a big changes. Basically players took 30 kg of muscle and 15 cm. We start to heard about some doping rumor.
I'am scare that if rugby became as popular than football, far more money will be involve, and it would kill rugby soul.

Both sports were once the same and then over time, they evolved into different sports. I prefer rugby.
