My hunch is that you keep everything to a superficial level, which is why it works, the women you are dealing with are superficial.

Depends on how inclusive of a definition of "superficial" you have.

If it's that easy, why aren't you keeping it "superficial"?

Or

Or

I honestly wish that women could hear your internal monologue, even just for a few days. The level of insight they'd get would be so painful for them it might actually cause them to finally fucking stop.

Its not only girls. Most people are like that, but females use this thinking much more than men: because they either dont have brains or just lazy to use it to analyze things that out of their stereotype social programming. When they see something that is out of thier stereotypical social programming worldview - they see this as weird - because its easier to label everything you can’t understand as weird rather than try to analyze the thing. So its very pragmatic way of see the things - you save your time and brain energy on rare things, because in modern world, most of the time people deal with normal situations - the way that social programming is set.
