Default Which province of Turkey has the lightest population.

I see people "blame" Balkan for light Turks . If Turk is light, he has Balkan ancestry. But in reality the most light people in Turkey live in the North Eastern part, Lazona, where Laz people live.

Most maps show, that Lazona is different from other parts of Turkey. By climate or genetics.
Here is a eye color map. As you see Lazona have the highest percentage of light eyes in Turkey, not western parts.

Map of Sun irradiation, again Lazona gets extremely few sun, compare to other Turkey and have very forested area. This due to Caucasus mounts, they get lots of precipitation coming from Black sea.

And here is genetic map. Lazona is place with the least Arabian admixture in Turkey.

Do you still think the west part of Turkey looks more Euro, than the Eastern part?

Bosniak pockets in Turkey are where people are lightest. In some neighborhoods and streets in Istanbul you think you walk in Czechia North-west Turkey native Turks and Balkan Turks (West Thrace and Bulgaria) are of lightest Turks. Laz have lighter features than Turks wholly consideration taken but combined with Armenoid features. Its hard to see a Laz person without Armenoid effects. Also Georgian immigrants from Adjaria are often dark pigmented. So Kartvelian lightness is overrated imo. Circassians are lighter than you guys.

Put here also the regions where Albanians are found, considering that many Albanians in Turkey are Ghegs and Kosovar Albanians who are as light as muslims of Bosnia.

Other Albanians might be a bit darker, since they are Tosks, mostly part of the ottoman administration and military.

Albanians have their own neighborhoods in Istanbul, but also are found all around western and central Turkey.

'' Balkan turks'' are mostly assimilated slavic pomaks, considering many times they look slavic.... lighter than your average anatolin or real turkic group.

I can't speak for the black Sea, but I've been to the western portion before and they still looked mostly east med, turanid, Iranid, and armeniod there. A lot also looked Greek and Balkan though (maybe like a quarter did).

I just saw a lot of people who could pass easily in Iranic countries, is what I mean (mostly Iran and Afghanistan), moreso than I saw people who could pass in Greece or the Balkans, but I would say about a quarter of ethnic Turks in the west can pass just fine in the Balkans.

but by far most looked like turanid or med or armenoid.

I guess you were really young when you visited turkey so that might be a reason for the iranid confusion . also not all iranians and afghans are iranid anyway . that is an anthrofora myth
