If you both have big, hooked noses, then by definition you can't not look similar to Armenoids. Same goes for Dinarids, and even Keltic-Nordids, but to a much lesser extent for the latter.

Literally, the eastern half of Anatolia used to be majority Armenian, you are neighbours, genetically related, it's not possible for both groups to not look alike. You "stop your racism".

And No. We do not look like people in Eastern Anatolia and our culture is very different. There are mountains between those regions. If you look at the genetical maps the most distinctive region is Northeast of Turkey. The other parts are quite similar but that region is different.

Northern and northestern Anatolia have never been "mostly Armenian". If you believe the so called drawn maps of Armenian ancient kingdom you are naive. Those areas are pontic Greek and Laz regions and always stayed that way from ancient time. According to Armenians everywhere belongs to them. Hahaha.

I'd like to add that many northeasterners have been relocated by Russia. They moved to Erzurum, Sivas, İstanbul, Kocaeli and Bursa mostly. You can meet many people in those cities whose ancestors escaped from Ottoman-Russo wars in 1877-1878.

My grand grand father was also an Ottoman spy during these wars. He had been killed though. That's what my grandfather said. I don't know the details lol. But they didn't leave Artvin.
