Most blue eyed people in Turkey are in Pazar, yes. I read it on somewhere before. They are Laz too. But Trabzon have many blond and blue eyed people too. I think it's a regional mutation or an ancient admixture. We have a bit darker people in Xopa and Arkabi than that in Rizenian Laz because of some immigrants I guess.
