Radicals in West too. There are Anarchists, Communists, Neo-Nazis in West. Imagine they were armed, funded, trained and the governments which will suppress them were destablized, crippled.

If western anarchists, communists, neo-nazis or other radicals commit atrocities, they are to be held responsible for their crimes and condemned to the fullest extent of the law, period. The fact that governments arm, fund, train them doesn't relieve them of any responsibility for their actions.
