    Yeah. I think he was better than Pedro Martinez.I never saw Marichal pitch but his stats numbers are incredible. His bad luck he peaked when Sandy Koufax was at his prime.

    Who do you think was better Marichal or Pedro Martinez?

    Pedro was definitely better because he was active at a time it was harder to pitch (the steroid era). Even with that his numbers are superior compared to Marichal.

    Marichal had better health and overall stamina than Pedro, though. Marichal could pitch two games, back-to-back, while with Pedro you could count the games he did from first to last inning.

    Houston Astros pitcher José Urquidy became the first Mexican pitcher to win two World Series Major League Baseball games on Wednesday after playing a key role in his team’s 7-2 victory over the Atlanta Braves.

    The 26-year-old Mazatlán native struck out seven batters over five innings in Wednesday’s game at Minute Made Park in Houston. The series is now tied at 1-1.
