I sometimes watch Macedonian regional TV channels and I noticed they're way taller than average. So what do you think?

Tallest should be whoever has the most Slavic.

What I notice isn't height differences but northern and inland mainlanders are more stocky and robust, while southerners and islanders are gracile and slender.

Pontians make only a small portion of Macedonian Greeks and they are highly distinct phenotypically and by their names..

What you say here is bullshit, because the purest Slavs like the Eastern and Western Slavic speaking nations are not known to be very tall, at least not the tallest among the Europeans.
The tallest people in Europe can be found in the dinaric race and the place where the dinarids can be found in Greece is where the tallest people in Greece live.

Within the Peloponnese Arcadians are a bit stockier/robust than Messinians but not sure why. Maybe increased Med in Messinians.

Northern= tall is pure retardism. The tallest Europeans are the ones near the dinaric alps. Only the Dutch are exceptionally tall among northern Europeans. Scandos are around as tall as Czechs at ~180 cm for males. People of the dinaric alps are 185-186 cm (males). Lithuanians for comparison are around 176 cm (males). Average European height for males is around 177.6 cm, so Scandos are on average only 2,4 cm taller. Only Dutch and people from the dinaric alps deviate significantly with around 7-8,5 cm more.
