The most famous song with bagpipe is exactly a song dedicated to the person who sound the bagpipe. In Albanian Bagpipe is gajde, meanwhile the person who sound the bagpipe is called gajdexhi.

In stadard Czech language is bagpipe named dudy and the bagbiper is dudák.
In some Bohemian dialects (western part of Czechia) is the bagbipe named also kejdy, and sometimes even kozel or pukl (both means a goat (male)).

In Moravian dialects (eastern part of Czechia) is bagpipe named gajdy, and bagpiper is gajdoš - dtto at Slovakia.

Nah, you can find them in many middle eastern cultures including Egyptian culture as well.
