Bagpipes appreciation thread

In Sardinia there aren't bagpipes, but we have an instrument that produces a similar sound, it's called Launeddas and it's composed by three pipes made with swamp reeds. This kind of instrument is typical of the southern areas of Sardinia, where Campidanese Sardinian language is spoken, while it's totally absent in the other regions of the island that speak different Sardinian languages. The presence of this instrument in Sardinia it's at least 3500 years old, as documented by Nuragic bronze statuettes of men playing this instrument.
