They will probably run into the United States then.. and the others. It would actually make things very difficult for China as they would also lose their trading partners and I don't think that at the end of the day an attack at a fellow BRIC country would get them the support of the other bricks. In fact it could turn Russia against them against who they have also "claims". If you were to look at the Chinese claims they are unjustified btw because China never held territories near Japan or the Philippines.

Won't happen. You will probably find America on your side and you used to have good relations with Russia and with that China is fucked.

I won't say that it will be a cake walk but China's economy will collapse and there could potentially be massive uprisings against their communist government like what happened back in the old days when the Mongol tribes invaded that hellhole of a country.

To counter the Chinese, India could conclude a military alliance with Japan, the Philippines, and Vietnam. If China was faced with allies who were willing to conduct simultaneous military operations on several fronts, this might slow them down a little.

America won't take any sides in this conflict; actually would be happy to see two large manufacturing rivals destroy each others.

Well a war between the most populous countries in the world wouldn't be that bad to be honest. The worrying part is the nuclear nukes but if they decide to get on each other the old way (knife, rifles, etc) they have my blessing.

Doubt America would support us. We still have back-end ties with Iran, and are against Pakistan. They are polarized to Pakistan for obvious reasons.

NEW DELHI: After a tense face-off for a couple of weeks, Chinese troops have decided to withdraw from Indian territory in Depsang plains in northern Ladakh. This will pave the way for foreign minister Salman Khurshid's visit to Beijing on May 9 and the Chinese premier's India visit on May 20.
