Nah, they don't. It's the government of Brazil that identifies people as Black if they say they are mixed there. And some of the Whites are less White than some of the mixed race people.

African Americans yes because of hip hoppers culture but even that, it has Latino contributions like in their fashion street wear, music and other shit, in other worlds, right now their fashion style especially urban female one is influence by Latinas, but since black Americans are the face of urban culture, people think it comes from them

That's a very (sorry to say it) autistic approach to race. I'd say if someone is 70% or more SSA, they are Black. On the other hand, I'd say a 90% or more White is actually White, but that's because of how Black genes are dominant.

There are pure blacks in the new world and I can post their DNA ancestry, one is from Jamaica, the other from South America, all with colonial new world roots, no recent African ancestry
