On the pizza there was too much meat, too much cheese and too much of everything, if you eat a thing like that you can spend one week digesting it, I'm not surprised many Americans are obese.

I've never eaten "Maccaroni Cheese", but they look like the bad copy of a Sardinian dish named "Maccarrones Furriados" (Spun Around / Flurried Pasta), a kind of pasta flavoured with molten pecorino cheese, and spun around until the cheese is well amalgamated. (see below)

lol @ how mad Minerva gets over things in English being put in here. What an obsessive twat!
Also i can tell just from the look that the guy used the lowest quality versions of those dishes as possible in order for maximum disgust.
Macaroni and cheese is a classic american comfort food and very delicious when done right. In it's best form it is a caserole with bread crumbs and bacon bits on top.

Italian cuisine is much more varied than a pizza and has not many recipes in common with the Greek cuisine, let alone with the Levantine cuisine.
I've been a couple of time in an Israelian restaurant, and I didn't like very much to be honest.
