Motion sickness is present in almost all types of transport. Regarding G-force, the idea is to use straight paths with turns here and there. If it needs to make a turn 20km ahead or whatever speed will be adjusted.

Whatever they do I don't think it will ever be possible to safely and more importantly comfortably move passengers in that type of train.

It would be a very good cargo transport as shown in Fractal's photo but for passengers,probably will not work.
