To make a train go that fast and have no problems with it is fully possible.No real challenge there.

The challenging part will be to get the passengers to their destination healthy.To withstand those speeds you would need to have a G force tollerance of a fighter jet pilot.

Motion sickness has very little to do with G-force since it is a sensory condition. Someone can lay down on the back of the car with eyes shut and still feel nauseated. Nobody would build a passanger train and nobody would want to take a ride on a train where people would get nauseated specifically because of the G-force. Unless you are an astronaut.

Motion sickness will be the constant when the train is going,G-force will come when it makes a turn(even a light one)at 1300kmh,because presumably its not going to be going in a straight line.

Motion sickness is present in almost all types of transport. Regarding G-force, the idea is to use straight paths with turns here and there. If it needs to make a turn 20km ahead or whatever speed will be adjusted.
