In Uruguay he'd be considered part of the black population. It's important to mention to understand better, that the black population here is conformed for every SSA type, some darker than others, but people perceive them all as black, even if they are technically mulatos.
There's not a Native American population in Uruguay so no one would call him that, he's not even native american himself, he'd fall into the black population for sure.

Even though he would not be very typical not even in Palermo or Barrio Sur, since as you said there most black people are very black influenced, but I think he barely pass there, he would not be seen as foreigner at first glance, but not the most typical montevidean black guy in my humble opinion.

Silverknight needs to accept what he is -A mixed race person with significant ancestry from both continents. There's nothing wrong with this, if you are a decent person you have nothing to be ashamed of. Non-Europeans need to learn how to embrace their own separate identity without require Europeans to give up theirs. Especially in the case of other West Eurasians like Nafris and Levantines, whose contributions to civilization are immense. You don't need other exclusive groups to include you, and you shouldn't want them to just as they have no obligation to include people in their group. The longer you spend trying to be what you are not, the more time you waste not pursuing actions relevant to who you really are.
