If you mean overall genetic ancestry.

If the non-European is Sub-Saharan African or Australoid, probably well over 90% is needed to pass, but there are borderline cases that are probably below 90%. If I had no idea who Rashida Jones was, I would assume she was white at first glance. I see her as the "edge" of where I would see someone passing or not.

East Asian, Native American, probably around 75-80% (very light northeast Asian, maybe 75% - darker southeast Asian or Native American maybe 80%). If I had no idea what Keanu Reeves' origins were, I'd assume he was white at first glance too.

Perhaps, but I still doubt anyone sees him as white anywhere. He is objectively non white.
