Strawberries, but only with something to neutralise the acid, such as with a small pot of bio-yoghurt, and also to help avoid tiredness after the surge of sugar in fruit wears off.

I try to avoid eating anything sweet at work or away from home, as I don't always have a toothbrush to hand.

I like to brush my teeth and floss and use some mouthwash immediately eating fruit due to all the sugars (fructose) and acids in fruit.

I always use a straw to sip smoothies.

(Some people don't bother to look after their teeth though and some people just eat fruit without cleaning their teeth afterwards.)

I don't think about food much. Eating is just one of those annoying things that has to be done once or twice a day for the purposes of nutrition, but some people have food on their mind all the time and they even see eating as something enjoyable to indulge in, even though nutritionists say eating is not something that's supposed to be enjoyable.

A small bowl of oats with some flax seeds in the morning with some semi-skimmed milk and a bit of fruit (such as a banana) is fine.

My favourite fruit is the lychee, but it's really hard to get a hold of fresh ones since they're mostly imported.

I dont like fruits so much really. If my mother doesnt bring some fruits in front of me and look with angry eyes I can live without them too

But even so these are my favourites at least to eat them is not like torture lool
