    But what is the name of this song? I know it is Greek because I know I have heard it elsewhere and know that is what it was. I have no idea why they used this in that video.

    I wonder why someone making a video of a scary spider put Greek folk music to it.

    Must have something to do with the Apulian city Taranto which is where we get the name "tarantula" from and it was an ancient Greek town.

    I don't know the name of the Greek song, but I've nothing against spiders and have no hate speech against them.

    It sounds like some anatolian Greek ballads, there are some songs from the rest of the country, but kinda "diasporic", and only a few know them
