In Europe
The most: The wild landscapes of Norway, Finland and Iceland. Russia mainly Moscow and St Petersburg. Croatia (a friend of mine told me that the food and landscapes are wonderful).
The least in Europe: Maybe the Balkans because I wouldn't know what places to visit. I'm sure those countries have good things to see and experiment but they don't sell it well to the tourism. They need a marketing campaign.
In world:
The most: Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, New Zealand, Japan, Canada and the rural/rednecks areas in USA.
The least: Muslim world, Africa and Central America. They have nice places to visit but the lack of security there stop me...I don't want to die there

The most: mediterranean europe, France, i have also a particular attraction for Scandinavia and Ireland
The least: probably i don't know, i love the world in general, probably because i love the nature and also the history, so i'm very interested to any populations, especially the mythology of ancient populations

The most: Latin america, Egypt and Arabian/Middle eastern world in general, expecially ancient Persia
Egypt probably the first, have a very beautiful history

Most would be Catalonia, Ireland, Andorra, Monaco, Romania, Poland, Belarus. The least would be pretty much the well known countries of Great Britain, Norway, Sweden, Finland, France, Spain, Russia etc etc. every country whether we know it or not still has something interesting about it.
