And Sardinia is not R1b. But they showed it as R1b because it is part of Italy. The main Y-DNA haplogroup in Sardinia is I2, according to Francalacci 2013 (477 out of 1204 = around 40%).

Sicily is 25% J2, 24% R1b. So J2 slightly wins. But if you add R1a + R1b, Sicily is 30% R.

But this includes typically African subclade R1b-V88 (29/1204).

If Paraguay is really mostly Q today (which I doubt), then probably it was R1b before the triple alliance war, and became Q after the war - with most of R1b men being killed during the war.

Why would N men survive after the war? They sent everyone to the war except for the very kids who were the sons of R1's. As far as I know Paraguay population took many years to grow from their grown up kids (R1 mostly?) and neighbooring men (R1, unless Bolivians YDNA had an impact), and then Paraguay recieved a minor but still relevant european immigration.

Honduras & Nicaragua are over 50% R1b? I think that's an exaggeration. I would guess them as 30-35% R1b only.

I don't think so the mixed race of all latin America was created first by spanish men mating with native American then mestizos mixing with spanish and so on etc.

Do you know your haplogroups? I thought you'd only bought a Family Finder. European mtDNA is less common in Latin America.
